Job Description

We are recruiting for an experience Support Workers with a positive and caring attitude at our local service Ty Hendy. Consensus Support Services is an award-winning, family owned healthcare organisation, specialising in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in supported living and residential settings.Position:Support Worker - £500 Welcome BonusSalary (£):8.91 – 9.00 per hourLocation: Pontarddulais, SwanseaAbout the Role:

  • This service is supporting up to 17 male/female Individuals living in a residential setting.
  • Focusing on supporting greater independence and inclusion for a meaningful and fulfilling life
  • Tailoring support to the individuals needs to help them achieve their goals and live an independent lifestyle
  • Individuals are encouraged to enjoy leisure and social activities at the home such as art and music therapy
  • Hosting parties and open days regularly where friends and family are always welcome
  • Taking individuals out to shopping and leisure amenities such as bowling alleys, cinemas, cafes and swimming pools in nearby Swansea
  • Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing
  • Flexible shift patterns available including early, late and weekend shifts
