NPI Project Manager (Automotive) 18584/612Llanelli£40,000 - £50,000 + Excellent company benefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NPI Project Manager to join this global automotive component supplier, synonymous with quality and a reputation for excellence.Within this newly created role you will use your proven NPI / Project Management experience to deliver Projects on time and in budget to customer and plant expectations. Role & Responsibilities will include:* Manage programme and plant resource for successful NPI / Project delivery.* Prepare and maintain detailed Project timing plans across all allocated projects whilst successfully running projects to budget. * Provide the customer with accurate cost and timing feedback for products and changes during the enquiry and program phase. * Co-ordinate the preparation of DFMEA / PFMEA and process planning documentation via plant project, project quality and new tooling engineering. * Lead the sourcing and nomination of press tools and special purpose assembly equipment, providing Undertake appraisals and promote staff and environment improvement activities.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:* 5 years experience within a similar role, ideally within an Automotive / OEM environment* Proven NPI / Project Management experience with excellent customer and supplier relationship skills* Strong Project Finance capability with experience of managing budgets to agreed target levels * Ideally Qualified to Degree level in an Engineering disciplinePackage and Benefits* £40,000 - £50,000 annual salary* Company pension scheme & other benefits* Excellent long-term career development opportunities and professional developmentSuitable candidates should apply immediately by calling on or by sending your CV directly to We regret that this client is not prepared to sponsor work permit or work permit transfer applications.
