They achieve this by putting innovationinto the hands of their people to make the best of their experience and ideas before delivering the best new solutions to their clients.Role ResponsibilitiesYou will lead a team of two BAs with potential to grow the team as needs require. Providing leadership and vision while being responsible for time management and accurately estimating/managing your own, and your team members time on each project in linewith the project budget. You will develop best practices and ensure the team is using the best tools for the job.This is a hands-on role where you will engage with stakeholders and customers both internal and external to understand and document requirements, processes, risks and objectives that allow for the delivery of a bespoke software product, and to provide sizing/estimatesfor the effort required. Alongside this you will provide estimates for effort and timescale for each ticket (PBI) as well as dependencies,While helping to prioritise PBIs in the backlog and each sprint.You will take on multiple projects spanning both traditional development and robotic process automation ( RPA) with the ability to adapt your approach to suit the project assigned. You will document and report on risks and issues that arise within your projectand present these back to the project manager or other stakeholders where required.Skills / Experience required
  • An active basic knowledge of modern technology including, .NET, C#, SQL, react.
  • Experienced team Lead and Mentor.
  • 4 years experience working as an analyst in the software and technology sector and with different systems
  • Experience working within Agile and Waterfall frameworks and the ability to adapt your work style to match the approach of a project
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Requirement and PBI ticketing/management software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders of all levels internally and externally and present information in a way that promotes full comprehension
  • Excellent Time management skills with the ability to work on and complete multiple projects at a time.
Desirable Skills.
  • Experience with SQL with the ability to conduct queries to aid in your analysis
  • A University Degree of level 2:2 or above in any subject
  • A BCS certified BA qualification or similar
  • Prior experience with bespoke software development or software upgrades
  • Experience with other BA software: Visio, Microsoft Project, Invision or similar
