Job Description

This is a key hire that will be heavily involved in developing and managing the Finance Team and the administration of accounts teams moving forward.This is a great role for a forward thinking hands on commercial finance manager. The organisation has done incredibly well to navigate a tricky period and is now looking to continue the success over the last 6 months.Client DetailsMy client is a marketing leading household name with an SME feel. They have recently won a number of key contracts that stand them in great stead for future plans in 2021 and beyond.Description

  • Corporate reporting including sales, profit and loss, balance sheet and treasury reporting internally and externally to group.
  • Develop and manage the budget process for the business and review monthly forecast versus actual result.
  • Management of business cash flow and approval of weekly payment runs.
  • Reconcile monthly accounts activity and generate monthly reports to set deadlines.
  • Ensuring compliance for all tax requirements of the company.
  • Management of payroll and benefits.
  • Management of the year-end audit process and finalising statutory financial statements.
  • Oversee the quarterly VAT reporting requirement.
  • Approval of all supplier payments.
  • Supporting business decision making through margin analysis on customer products.
  • Management of the accounts team.
    • ProfileIdeally Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Forward thinking flexible approach with a desire to continue organisational growth pattern.Previous experience using Sage50 or Sage200 is desirable.Must be commercially astute and able to communicate with stakeholders across the business.Previous system implementation knowledge would also be desirable.Job OfferFantastic bonus and benefits package.Competitive salary.Great company culture and established senior leadership team.Flexible working environment.Opportunity to really guide the finance function to match the companies success.
