Job Description

Business CoordinatorPermanent - Full Time9am-5pm Monday - Friday£25,000 - £30,000 DOEMy client, based in Llanelli, are looking to expand their growing team with an exciting new opportunity. The business has recently increased their online presence and is planning for growth throughout 2021. They are looking for a candidate to join the team in a new combined role. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, is personable and outgoing with a creative flare. The duties of the role will vary across different departments of the business such as HR and Finance, overall the general duties will be;

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Management of recruitment
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR process
  • Development and training
  • Handling Accounts payable and receivable
  • Recording of financial transactions
  • Completing tax forms
  • Budgeting across various departments
  • Liaise and report to wider Senior Management Team
