Job Description

The Welsh Regional Neuropsychiatry Service enables and supports survivors of an acquired brain injury (ABI) to identify, monitor and take pride in achieving each recovery milestones by supporting and facilitating both the person and their family to successfully meet the challenges of coping with the changes in role that are consequential to ABI.An exciting and innovative position has occurred within the Neuropsychiatry Inpatient Service, for a band 2 Health Care Support Worker to facilitate recovery process in a specialist and in therapeutic environment. They will be required to work with MDT and as part of the team both on the unit and in the community. This will require a self-motivated, caring, patient and flexible personal approach.
