Job Description

One of the UKs leading financial businesses is looking for an Account Manager to join its team. This role offers hybrid working with the flexibility of working from home and the Cardiff office. The company have also installed a staff bar, game machines and a pool table.As an Account Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Regional Managers and Management team by proactively managing the relationship with a wide range of clients, including key and major accounts together with the smaller and growing businesses
  • Monitoring and identifying trends in performance of existing clients, and implementing plans to improve results or embrace opportunities identified
  • Promoting relevant products and suggesting enhancements where negative trends have been identified
  • Recording, collating and sharing market and competitor intelligence obtained
  • Maintaining knowledge of a vast product suite, campaign pricing, end to end customer journeys, client and customer systems, client experience and requirements, competitor activity and relevant regulation

  • Experience working in a customer focused role with excellent client relationship, customer service and account management skills
  • An analytical thinker and enjoy identifying patterns ant trends in performance
  • Demonstrate data driven decision making, risk management and pro-active account management
