Test Engineering ManagerUp to £45,000 DOEWe are looking for an experienced Test Engineering Manager for our electronics manufacturing client who are based in Livingston. This role is primarily to manage a team of Test staff to ensure that all product test criteria are complied with in the mostefficient way possible. You will provide a mixture of direction and support as required and interface daily with production.Applicants must have Engineering or Electronics management experience, ideally within Test however wider engineering and manufacturing experience will also be considered as well. This role may also be suitable for some highly experienced and relevant TestEngineers who are now looking to progress toward a management role.All candidates should have a high attention to detail and have excellent communication skills. You must be self-motivated, have a proactive attitude and be able to communicate well with team members. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, and experience in the PCBA industry would be a distinct advantage.Key aspects of the role will include: Test Engineering
