Job Description

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Supervisor of a new store opening of a premium global contemporary sportswear brand, based at the Livingston Outlet.Our client has been producing fashion sportswear for over one hundred years which has seen the brand gain accolade as a leading provider for women’s, men’s and kid’s contemporary fashion street wear.The brand is worn by well-known fashion-forward celebrities, NBA, NFL, and Olympic players. The designs are based upon a combination of classic aesthetic and innovative designs.The Role:

  • Reporting to the Assistant Manager and Store Manager.
  • Responsible for a sales team of 5-8 staff.
  • Brand ambassador and leader.
  • Commercial and sales driven.
  • Store operations - Able to complete all administration and stock control procedures.
  • A motivator, trainer, and driver of the team to achieve all KPI targets.
  • Set an example of exceptional service, clienteling, and CRM.
  • Be professional and an expert on the sales floor.
  • An effective communicator able to win respect from your team and clients.
  • Able to prioritize yours and the team time.
  • Attention to detail with store and personal presentation.
  • Take control of any disputes/returns from clients.
  • Effective team member.
  • Solution finder.
    • Ideal Candidate:
  • 1yr + experience as a Supervisor within a fashion or lifestyle store.
  • Ideally, you have progressed in a fashion/sports store, where customer service and selling are paramount.
  • Used to managing a team of more than 5 people.
  • A very organized, commercial and structured individual.
  • Sales driven and determined to succeed.
  • Enjoy training, developing, and motivating others to succeed.
  • Confident with a positive can-do attitude - able to build positive relationships.
  • An avid follower of street wear/sports fashion, trends, and looks.
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Must be articulate and have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • In appearance, you will embrace a casual, urban, sporty, on-trend look!
