Brightwork are supporting our client based in Livingston, with the recruitment of a Temporary Shipping Administrator.This is a temporary position that will last approximately 6 months, working MondayFriday (standard office hours). The Shipping Administrator is responsible for processing & recording all Import/Export paperwork, managing the regulations and processes.Youll be tasked with the accurate recording of Certificates of Origin, Proof of Export etc.,You will liaise with both internal and external parties, communicating with various freight forwarders to ensure the safe and reliable movement of materials and personnel. It will be your responsibility to manage and select the most suitable freight forwarder,to ensure best price and service is achieved. You must have strong communications skills and be in regular contact with suppliers, customers and other internal divisions.All applicants must have prior experience of working in a similar roleSAP knowledge would be advantageous.Brightwork Ltd offers the services of an employment agency for permanent work and an employment business for temporary work.
