Job Description

Senior Administrator / PALivingston based Full Time | Monday to Friday Temp role for 5 months | Up to £14.00 per hour depending on experienceSearch Consultancy are currently working with a leading public sector client in Livingston to recruit this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration & PA support to the Senior Management team.Duties involved in this role will include:* Handling & resolving incoming queries & correspondence, both internal & external, on behalf of Senior Management* Preparing and maintaining financial records & MI including databases, spreadsheets, electronic diaries & emails* Proactively identifying problems, proposing solutions and rectifying errors* Designing and preparing document templates & drafting non-standard correspondence* Provide copy typing and word-processing services producing correspondence, reports, forms, minutes, procedures and presentation materials* Receive, verify and process relevant documentation including photocopying, scanning, collating and electronic filing documents as necessary* Reviewing & dealing with incoming and outgoing mail as appropriate* Arranging and attending meetings, collating agenda items, taking notes and producing minutes as required* Various other ad hoc admin & PA duties as directedIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Extensive previous experience within a PA or Senior Administration role supporting Senior Management and carrying out the above duties - this experience is essential* Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal* Solid IT skills, including the use of Word & ExcelIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
