A workplace where you can proudly be yourself; our people make a truly exciting and inclusive place to work.What youll do:- Own the end-to-end requirements management process throughout the project life cycle and accurately capture the functional and non-functional specifications for any automation- Lead engagement with business and technology stakeholders- Collaborate with SPACE developers and QAs to ensure business objectives are clearly understood and implemented- Identify and evaluate automation opportunities- Create and drive best analysis practices throughout the teamWhat youll bring:- Proven RPA analysis experience across projects of varying sizes and ideally involving enterprise systems in the domains of CRM, billing, telephony etc.- A solid understanding of RPA technologies e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere etc.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills- Ability to adapt analysis approach quickly- Ability to effectively manage several projects in parallelWhere youll work:Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston South train station and the town centre.
