Responsibilities:
  • As the Technical Lead you will manage the Mechanical Team for mechanical designs, prototyping and mechanical testing in line with project/product scopes in all aspects of the product and system designs
  • You will lead and manages new product system requirements and specifications, system architecture and system testing, leading HAD and DFMEA processes in support of product system testing
  • Motivates and inspires employees in R&D to commit to and execute against department goals objectives and targets
  • Manages timelines and budget as defined in the Project Development Plan
  • Explores and pursues opportunities to elevate the innovation levels of the Technology segment and of R&D in general
Qualifications / Experience:
  • BSc or Masters degree in engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in product development
  • 3 years or more experience in people management
  • Experience in management of development projects
  • Good understanding of project management
  • Leadership skills
