Salary:Competitive salary + BonusWe have an exciting opportunity to join our Fusion Utilities team based in Livingston as a Hire Coordinator.Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, based from the office, you will be part of a team of 5 dealing solely with sales and hires. Main responsibilities include dealing with customer emails and phonecalls, putting quotes together, managing customer assetcontracts, raising sales hire and stock orders, maintaining and updating the customer database as well as maintaining sufficient stock levels. You will also assist the sales office manager in controlling the depots day to day activities. This role is working40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8am - 5pm.Up for the challenge Here’s what we’d like you to have:
