Job Description

  • Candidate Manager / Resourcer and Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Opportunities
  • West Lothian Location and/or Working from Home
  • £12,000-£20,000 + commission depending on experience

We currently work with a number of Europe’s top 500 FTSE companies as well as government funded organisations and SME’s. MLR provides its clients with a total recruitment solution in the ICT Contract and permanent market sectors.We are currently looking for graduate, trainee and experienced recruitment professionals and with the appetite and drive to be succesful in an ever evolving recruitment industry.Your main responsibilities will be;
  • Writing and placing of adverts in order to attract applicants and maintain availability of registered candidates, using Job Websites and Social Media
  • Managing on-line advertising of all vacancies available
  • Telephone screening of potential candidates
  • Understanding clients’ requirements and ensuring candidates are recruited within the required time frame
  • General administrative duties
  • Contacting candidates regarding available work
  • Maintaining regular contact with ad-respondents to keep them informed of developments and opportunities
