Once thats been achieved, they are then keen for the successful individual to spread their wings and business partner with the operations team andSMT to drive efficiencies and performance.The role will report to an excellent Financial Controller that is extremely capable of joining the divisions Executive team and is already gravitating upwards creating the perfect platform to come in behind. Both the Financial Controller and Director of Finance (dotted line) are two individuals that are extremely passionate about developing aspiring finance professionals, and not only acting as line managers but mentor figures.
