Job Description

Field Sales Advisor Livingston£20,400 Basic Salary (OTE £40,000, great Advisors can earn £50,000-£70,000) + Company car + 25 Days Annual Leave + Pension up to 10% + Health Care & Life Assurance + Other great benefits Are you a highly motivated individual who wants a career where your success is solely dictated by your input and in full control of your earnings Are you interested in an entry-level sales role where you will be provided full training and mentorshipthrough a specialised onboarding plan This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced highly motivated candidate to join one of the UKs largest Telecommunication providers. You will be supported through a 12 day programme of structured training and mentorship to develop your skills to excelin this customer-facing role. This opportunity would suit someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer experience and has a genuine interest in a career in Telecoms.The business has built a legacy over the last 20+ years through its unrivalled delivery of Telecommunications products and services across the UK. Their success can be attributed to their core values and dedication to continuous innovation across the business,ensuring their products and customer experience excel in a highly competitive market.In this role you will work a patch within 1.5 hour of your home address selling telecoms broadband, home entertainment services and products. You will be provided a company car and route to follow that will allow you to target a mixture of new and existingbusiness in the residential and commercial sector. These duties include:

  • Door to door sales (D2D) to new residential customers
  • Travelling and making sales within
  • Retain existing residential customers
  • Sell to new small businesses customers
The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to overcome challenges within a field sales environment, have great communication and enthusiasm as well as a resilient, positive attitude. This is an outstanding entry-level opportunity for someone who is looking to have a career in sales working for one of the UKs largest Telecoms operators. You will have a genuine opportunity to develop both hard and soft skills and access further opportunitieswithin the business whilst having full control of your earnings.The Role
  • 37.5 hours per week, typically between 12pm-8pm
  • £20,400 Basic Salary
  • Uncapped commission with an OTE of £40k but great Advisors can earn £50k-£70k+

The Person
  • Essential to have Full UK Manual Driving license, with no more than 8 points
  • Highly motivated individual with a desire to excel and earn commission
