Enigma People Solutions is recruiting an Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our client, a leading semiconductor product development facility. This is an exciting opportunity to expand skills and work in a well established successful business with a great team. Your role will be to undertake scheduled and breakdown maintenance of engineering equipment or plant along with checking, ERP recording, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures. Ensuring readiness for internal and external audits. The role involves all aspects of the facility and equipment maintenance, calibration and faultfinding reporting directly to the Line Support Manager. Where required training would be provided.To be of interest you will demonstrate:Experience of technical maintenance of optoelectronic and/or semiconductor equipmentExperience of maintenance of a clean roomExperience of maintenance of electronics work benchesYour Role will include but not be limited to:• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance • Creating maintenance procedures • Responding to breakdowns and providing production line support • Diagnosing faults • Repairing equipment • Hands-on process operations • Managing stocks of supplies and equipment • Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings • Basic workshop skills • Solidworks CAD design (desirable) • Managing budgets • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislationRequired skills:• An ability to work well under pressure • Good verbal and written communication skills • Relevant technical knowledge • Problem-solving skills • Efficiency and organisation • Teamworking skills Qualifications/Education/Certifications:• Relevant degree level or • Lower qualifications will be considered if backed up with more than 7 years relevant industrial experience Experience: • A minimum of 5 years relevant industrial experience • Facility and Equipment maintenance Required skills
