Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Livingston, is currently looking to recruit 2 x Customer Service Advisers (Contact Centre) for contracts until 30th June on a rate of £13.42 per hour PAYE, with a possible further 2-month extension.The working hours will be Monday to Friday on a rota system 8am – 3.48pm one week and 8am – 5.48pm. Interviews will be held on Friday 5th April. Responsibilities:- Calling inbound and outbound calls from customers – dealing with all waste management calls and processes. Essential Skills:- English qualification/Computer qualification or equivalent- Proven experience with telephone skills- Skills in negotiation/analytical and Organisational skills- Contact centre experience- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- Excellent listening skills- Proven experience in using computers, keyboards, and multiple systems.- Prioritising own workload- Experience in working in a performance driven environment.- Team workingDesirable Skills:- Excellent work ethic.If you would like to hear more about this opportunity, please get in touch.
