Would you love to start a new role with a highly credible company who have a great employee retention rate Would you love to work as a temporary employee for a company who has been ranked 4th best place to work in the UKDue to extreme high volumes of work Office Angels have a new fantastic position available for a warehouse operator with a counterbalance forklift ticket for one of our highly respected clients within West Lothian.The candidates will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse and materials by using the forklift to transport various materials between different departments. The candidate must also be physically fit and strong and the role will also involve a lot of heavy lifting of up to 25KG at a time during the picking process.Main duties of the role involve:Manual physical labour.Operate all plant and associated equipment in order to achieve the required production in accordance with SOPs.Implement systems or procedures as defined by Supervisors or Management for the safe operation of plant and equipment,Ensure the quality of finished product is satisfactory by adequate application of process control and correct packaging requirements.Work closely with other teams to ensure a smooth working process.Undertake routine checks and general manufacture tasks on plant and equipment, and investigate / repair faults as directed by procedures or Supervisor.Essential RequirementsPrevious warehouse or manual handling roleValid counterbalance forklift ticketImmediate availability (within 1 week)Experience within the chemical industry would be preferable however not essential.The role will be based on a 3-6 month temporary contract working set shifts Monday - Friday 45 hours per week.Please contact Office Angels today to apply.Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
