Job Description

A Controls Engineer is needed to develop, test, and implement complex control systems for our clients. The role includes working closely with the engineering team and clients to ensure the successful completion of all control systems projects.Client DetailsThis company is a mid-sized organisation in the business services sector, specialising in engineering and manufacturing.   • Develop and implement control systems for clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on project specifications and plans.
  • Test control systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Work with clients to understand their control systems needs and provide solutions.
  • Document all work for future reference and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with control systems.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest control systems technology and industry trends.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines.
ProfileA successful Controls Engineer should have:
  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of control systems and their components.
  • Experience with SCADA or PLC (essential)
  • Experience in the Drinks industry (desired)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients and the engineering team.
