Job Description

Care Support Worker (Personal Assistant)Location: Edinburgh - Longstone area.Salary: £10.90 per hour.Contract: Permanent contracts of between 15 to 30 hours per week plus sleepovers.Examples of shifts: 8.30am-1.30pm, 1.30pm-6.30pm and 6.30pm-11.30pm plus sleepover.Let us introduce you to Lorna and one of her Personal Assistants, Michelle -Lorna lives in her own flat in Edinburgh. Lorna loves rugby and attends the matches in Edinburgh when she can but will also watch international games on tv. Other passions that Lorna has is watching her favourite soaps and movies. Christmas time and theatmosphere is a love for her including the Christmas time movies. Watching romcoms with her personal assistant and being able to have a chat about these or other programmes she enjoys. Lorna loves music, in particular pop and punk rock.Michelle says: Morning shifts with Lorna go by quickly, chatting away and supporting her to get ready and keep her home clean. Lorna’s passion is rugby, she goes to matches regularly and she loves chatting with me in the build up to a match, she has eventaught me the rules! It’s just about being genuine and involving myself in her interests. I get lots of satisfaction spending quality time with Lorna and seeing her happy.’That is why Lorna needs you!
