Job Description

JOB AD:ROLE: Analog Engineer (All Levels)LOCATION: LivingstoneSALARY: Highly CompetitiveDURATION: PermanentResponsibilities:

  • Design and development across the full lifecycle from concept definition; requirements analysis; detailed design; board bring-up; onto manufacturing support.
  • Create high quality deliverables for our customers including, schematics, layout guidelines, requirements documents, design documents, verification test documents, BOMs and EMC test plans.
  • Drive in discipline continuous improvement activities
  • Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Requirements:
  • Applicant should have ideally have 2 or more years of experience
  • Experience of design and developing complex and high-performance electrical hardware including robust power supplies, nimble control systems, precision sensing and instrumentation (ideally for medical, aerospace, defense or commercial applications)
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor or as part of a team
  • Experience of schematic capture in CAD tools such as Cadence/Altium/Mentor
  • Understanding of PCB Layout needs
  • Experience of debugging and testing new designs.
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Experience of interpreting specifications Required Education/Experience You should hold an MEng or BEng in Electrical and Electronic engineering, or a related discipline.
