Job Description

*Are you a Senior Administrator or Administration Supervisor with excellent leadership and organisational skills*Would you like to work for a market leading Corporate Clothing Company *Would you like a fast-paced office environment with potential for future progression Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with an exciting market leader in corporate clothing to recruit for a Permanent Administration Supervisor. The role is perfect for someone who has a proven track working in a similar role supporting the Operationsteam and providing direct line management of a Customer Service Administrator. The successful applicant will be well organised, meticulous with an eye for detail and able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative with minimum supervision and beable to drive team efficiencys and work flow. The role is office based in Livingston with depending on workload. Office hours 9am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday, salary circa £25,000 depending on experience plus benefits.Role OverviewThis well-established clothing company are looking for a hands-on Administration Supervisor to provide essential support to the Operations team to assist with Customer Services, Finance, Warehousing and Administration. You will provide direct line managementto the Customer Service Administrator. You will have direct responsibility for customer and client orders and required work flow, seeing through successfully from initial order processing to delivery. Therefore, this role is best suited to a Senior Administratorlooking for the next step up or with proven similar Administration experience in a Supervisory position looking for a multi-faceted role.This business is committed to creating positive working ethos where people are rewarded for using their initiative and recognised for their contribution. There is an opportunity for the candidate to succeed within the role and to be a contributor to thesuccess of the company by analysing, coordinating, and assisting in controlling the overall company stocks.Main responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the Operations Team and Customer Service Administrator to both support and process Sales Orders and sending to the third-party warehouse for processing.
  • Invoicing customers using the delivery notes generated to the third-party warehouse.
  • Creating and maintaining stock records using Navision system.
  • Liaising with warehouses to arrange the dispatch of goods to distributors.
  • Communication with distributors and customers as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and always having full up to date order information.
  • Arranging booking slots with distributors and assisting with customer/distributor enquiries.
  • Investigate and action delivery discrepancies.
  • Updating computer records in excel and word documents.
  • General office tasks when required, the role will also include filing, answering the telephone and maintaining other office systems.
Experience and Attributes required:
  • Confident and proactive Administration Supervisor or Senior Administrator with demonstrable previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy standard Microsoft applications to process, obtain and combine information - Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Microsoft Office, Excel and Word are essential.
  • Exemplary supervisory and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan and organise both familiar and new tasks in an office environment, within specified deadlines
  • Knowledge of exporting products would be a preferred
