Regenda is now recruiting a Workforce Development Advisor to work with The Learning Foundry at our offices in the heart of Liverpool city centre.About the roleThe main purpose of this role is to engage with employers to identify opportunities for the placement of Traineeship learners, Apprenticeship opportunities and other relevant training and employment programmes. You will be responsible for securing Apprenticeship, Traineeship, AEB and other training opportunities with new employers to maximise employment opportunities and levy, non-levy, and other relevant income streams for The Learning Foundry (TLF.) You will also maximise contacts to support business growth targets, Apprenticeship, Traineeship, Commercial and other income targets, and account manage stakeholders including employers and partners. The post holder will support with the recruitment of Traineeship, Apprenticeship and AEB learners where needed, ensuring they are signposted and enrolled onto the most appropriate learning pathway.The successful candidate will have experience of providing training, consultancy, recruitment, or related services to businesses. They will also have experience of managing Business to Business (B2B) relationships, as well as possessing a proven track record of meeting KPI targets, either in Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Commercial training and/or Adult Education Budget. The post holder will have experience in developing and maintaining key account management systems and processes, and have commercial skills, including developing sales propositions and proposals. You will exhibit determination and a drive to achieve company targets, while also being able to work as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and can manage their own workload, possess excellent communication skills, have a positive, can do’ attitude, and be able to demonstrate good ICT skills (conversant with Microsoft Office).An enhanced DBS check and full driving license, including access to own transport, is required for this role.About usThe Regenda Group is a great quality, forward thinking housing business, building, managing and maintaining the homes people need.
