A great opportunity has come up for a Wet Room Installer to join one of the premier specialist maintenance companies based in Liverpool on a permanent basis. Recently voted the best place to work in the Times "100 best places to work" this is an opportunity you wont want to miss out on!Your role will be to install wet rooms in occupied properties and work effectively as part of a dedicated team. Duties will include:*To remove existing bathroom suite, wall tiles, flooring etc.Plaster walls as required, alter pipe work and install level access tray. *Level and lay new sheet flooring including up-stands and welds. *Tile walls and install shower, WHB & new close couple WC pan & cistern. *Some structural works may be required to remove walls/cupboards or open up doorways etc. *Decorate the room on completion.*All work must be completed in a safe and proper manner, ensuring works is completed to aconsistent high standard in addition to providing our customers with their best experience ofcustomer service.To be considered for this role you must have:*City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in plumbing*Competency in joinery, plumbing, plastering, floor and wall tiling*Ability lay vinyl sheeting*Experience of working in repairs and maintenance in housing services*Full UK Driving LicenceThis is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent job with excellent benefits with a really top employer.
