Since our establishment, we have experienced rapid organic growth, with Liverpool, Manchester & Sheffield & Birmingham central city offices.Your Home… With a small creative team of two, we’re looking for an experienced hands on Website Developer/Graphic Designer guru that has varied experience.You will join our Liverpool team and will be a part of three different internal companies (Milk Education, Aspion Search & The Advocate Group)The Role The role is diverse and will need someone who has experience working within smaller businesses, experience working for a recruitment or sales firm is preferable but not essential.You will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Updating, maintaining, and developing 4 WordPress websites with various plugins
  • Review and enact a plan for the on-going design and development of the websites
  • Create a range of new web and landing pages, built, and optimised for conversions, for direct marketing campaigns
  • Regularly upload content to the website / landing pages
  • Report on and fix any technical issues on the website using tools including Google Webmaster Tools, SEMrush or similar
  • Using Google Analytics, report on the performance of the website and dedicated landing pages
  • Design email marketing campaigns that are fully trackable
  • Produce a range of engaging graphics for page layouts, banner ads, emails and across different social media platforms
  • App Management – Experience with iframes.
  • Core Skills:
  • Wordpress website management with various plugins (HTML5, jQuery, Javascript, PHP, SEO, Woocommerce Panel)
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce
  • Google Webmaster Tools
  • Email campaign creation, execution, and tracking using Mailchimp
  • Google Analytics tracking and reporting
  • Good understanding of SEO, UX principals and mobile friendly design
  • Design skills to develop graphics, page layouts, banner ads, emails and social media
  • Strong Adobe CS skills, primarily Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems
