Job Description

Web Developer – Liverpool - £34k Interviewing and onboarding for this role will be going ahead remotely while Covid-19 restrictions are in place.On behalf of our growing client based in Liverpool, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Web Developer. As Web Developer, you will be working on a range of diverse digital projects, whilst inspiring and exciting clients.The Web Developer will be responsible for:

  • Assist with the planning and development of websites and bespoke web-based experiences that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Building websites on our chosen CMS including WordPress
  • Developing bespoke functionality and features
  • Integrating websites with third party services through API’s
  • Build superb client relationships by listening to and understanding client requirements with an ambition to exceed expectations throughout every step of the processes
  • Be knowledgeable on web technologies, helping to guide internal and external discussions on implementation and planning.
    • The Web Developer will have:
  • Strong experience as a Front End or WordPress Developer
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript/AJAX
  • Good knowledge of PHP and MySQL
  • The ability to improve website performance and render times
  • Ability to plan and produce well documented, semantic, and clean code
  • Knowledge and skill in using design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
