Theyve invested in doubling the size of their award-winning e-commerce team and have an exciting opportunity for a talented UX designer to join them.Based out of their head office near Knowsley, youll join a passionate multi-disciplinary UX team as they strive to create a world-class shopping experience for over 12 million active online customers.The Role:As a UX designer, youll spend your time working to understand their customers and lead a user-centred design process to solve some of the biggest challenges in retail. Theyre looking for someone with a practiced and fluent approach to problem solving, whos comfortable in the face of big ambiguous problems, and you will:

  • Take full advantage of their purpose-built and state-of-the-art UX lab, working with a dedicated research team to uncover insight and identify user needs
  • Be familiar with a lean, fast-paced and iterative process - comfortable forming hypotheses, articulating problem statements and generating proto-personas
  • Facilitate collaborative, cross-functional workshops to explore a variety and volume of design solutions, backed by insight and data
  • Collaborate with their Experimentation team to test your riskiest ideas and refine your assumptions through the design of A/B tests and other experiments
  • Be comfortable prototyping at a range of fidelity, from pen and paper sketches to fully interactive, animated prototypes built with the latest tools
  • Bring your ideas to life through expert visual and UI design, which youll also utilise to shape the design direction for the website and evolve their existing style guide for both our website and mobile app
