In doing so, it is expected you will also be responsible for setting the standard in terms of usability and product aesthetic and also ensuring that those standards are met, continuously throughout the various phases of delivery.What you will do as our UX/UI Designer:- Produce graphical designs for the purpose of conveying the intended look and feel- Produce functional prototypes for the purpose of understanding user workflows and identifying areas of increased complexity, and also delivering designs that can be used to garner customer/user feedback early in the process- Produce detailed functional design documents, specifying the underlying requirements that support the graphical and interactive designs- Produce assets for developers- Regular attendance at daily project stand-ups with all development teams to ensure intended product aesthetic is being achieved- Support in the QA process to ensure expected aesthetic and usability standards are being achieved- Support with product validation activities – customer demos etcOur ideal UX/UI Designer will have:Essential- Degree educated in a relevant digital design discipline, or extensive experience in lieu- Experience in designing websites essential. Experience in designing web applications highly advantageous- Experience in designing iOS/Android apps. Knowledge of Xamarin Forms highly advantageous- Fully conversant with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, in particular Illustrator an XD- Sound working knowledge of HTML and CSS is essential.
