Following the initial 6-month training programme, they will then have the opportunity to progress into more seniorpositions. There will be the need to stay away semi-regularly as they shadow more senior engineers.The ideal candidate will have either an electro-mechanical, plumbing or water hygiene background. They will also have a desire to develop their skills and progress their career within the engineering sector.
