Our client, a leading full service intellectual property firm are currently looking to recruit a Junior Administrator to join the TM Records team in their Liverpool office.Trade Mark Junior AdministratorThey are a leading full service intellectual property firm with an international client base. They handle all aspects of establishment, use, registration, maintenance and enforcement of trade marks.The successful candidate will provide a remote support service to the London-based Trade Mark fee earners in a role which shall involve all aspects of trade mark administration. Primary responsibilities will include opening new cases/files and updating entrieson computerised records such as Inprotech and accounts. In addition to maintaining and closing manual and computer records the candidates will also carry out tasks such as dealing with trade mark IPO notifications, extracting and docketing records entriesand saving to DMS; conducting trade mark database searches and compiling search reports and other general duties commensurate with position.The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and as part of a team, and have proven organisational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. You will possess a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
