Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • As a Test Lead, you will ensure successful end-to-end testing of the solution implementation
  • Designing and implementing the testing strategy and management approach for the project.
  • Working with the Business Analysis Team to ensure test cases cover Requirements scope
  • Experience of designing test strategies to deliver test cycles (SIT, UAT, Non Functional Testing) for multiple cycle and multiple release projects.
  • Delivering key testing artefacts, including test strategy, approach, plan, resource profile, test scripts and reporting
  • Supporting testing resource in executing testing across large complex end-to-end transformation programmes
  • Experience of executing testing with multiple vendors and third party integrations.
Skills Required
  • Previous experience as a test lead, ideally within a professional services firm
  • Significant experience of test leadership and execution in the context of large scale transformation projects
  • Experience of working with SAP SuccessFactors would be beneficial but not essential
