Job Description

Are you a fast learner with experience in a customer service environment We are recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Executive to join a reputable company in the Wirral. The role involves delivering excellent customer service to all IFAs and Members in line with service standards set, so is ideal for any administratorslooking to expand their skillset with a varied role. Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver a proactive excellent service to all stakeholders, actively understanding their requirements and keeping them involved and updated.
  • Administration and case processing for all customer groups via email, phone and letter.
  • Manage and prioritising workload, ensuring targets agreed with your team manager are met.
  • Ensuring quality control is maintained and that all processes are followed as written using the systems provided in line with set targets, SLAs and KPIs.
  • Regularly work on own development following on from quality control and call monitoring feedback sessions to improve customer service and compliant administration delivery.
  • Review own performance against set SLA/KPIs.
Candidate requirements:
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, meeting quality targets.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritising work to strive for results whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment under pressure.
  • Skilled typist and accurate record keeping.
