Technical Lead Technical Lead (JavaScript TypeScript AWS React) Are you an accomplished Technical Lead looking to take the next step in your career Would you like to make your mark on a company that is on track to becoming a world leader in real-time engagement platforms You could join this pioneering technology company, who have produced a ground-breaking real-time engagement platform that powers the worlds biggest brands in media and sport, creating premium embedded interactive experiences like TV show application, voting, live quizs and more. They are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join them in an exciting role that encompasses technical impact, leadership responsibilities and cutting-edge technologies. Youll manage a small team and will take ownership of the architecture and technical delivery of products and solutions. Youll work directly on the scalable platform, collaborating with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side application logic, working on client libraries, APIs and implementing flexible UIs. Alongside this you will proactively mentor and lead your team, championing best practice and ensuring the products delivered remain at the forefront of the industry.There are currently multiple Technical Lead opportunities available, for those with experience in web applications (React, Ember, Node, AWS and Lambda) and those with Native application experience (Swift, Kotlin, React Native). *Please note: this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as remote working during the current social distancing measures. Going forward, youll have the opportunity to join colleagues at Liverpool-based office space, with continued flexible working including up to 3 days a week working from home* Requirements: *You have notable leadership experience and can mentor and teach your team in a positive, proactive, Agile manner*You have relevant development experience with any of the technology stack they use; React, Ember, JavaScript, TypeScript (Web front end), React Native, Swift, Kotlin (Native front end) Node.js, MySQL, AWS (backend)*You have experience of building user-centric mobile-first applications and knowledge of modern devices *You are an innovative problem solver with an appreciation for the value of good processes*You have CI/CD and monitoring experience with GitLab etc.As a Technical Lead youll earn a highly competitive salary (to £75k) plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
