Job Description

Role: Team ManagerDepartment: TelematicsLocation: Liverpool, HybridWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm, including 1 in 3 SaturdaysSalary: £28,350 + £4000 bonus per annum (£32,350 OTE)What you will be doing:

  • Resource planning and management - including: sickness, absenteeism and punctuality.
  • Performance management including: Conducting 121’s and Self-Reviews.
  • Daily feedback to team on previous days performance - Call stats and analysis
  • Coaching, upskilling with team members documented.
  • Actively orchestrate the distribution of workload to be effective in-service level and team performance.
  • Develop and assist strategy on new initiatives
  • Ensure staff are striving to achieve their KPI’s that are currently in place.
  • To ensure personal compliance with FCA regulations as laid down and notified by the Company.
  • To comply with any training requirements that the Company may have and attend any training sessions required.

  • Proven experience as a team leader, with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience of supporting target operating model transformation to deliver operational efficiencies and improvements.
  • Clear vision of what excellent customer service looks like and a passion for consistent delivery of exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to the team and present information in ways to promote understanding and colleague buy-in.
  • Articulates a vison that generates excitement, enthusiasm and commitment.
