  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
  • Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans for students with diverse educational needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Aid in the preparation of teaching materials, resources, and activities.
  • Provide support during structured learning activities, break times, and outdoor play.
  • Utilise behaviour management techniques to promote positive student behaviour and a supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders regarding student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred.
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable, but candidates with a genuine passion for education and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting the diverse needs of students.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support students individual learning journeys.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to contributing to student learning and development.
