Tradewind are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant for one of our Southport secondary schools.We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Year 7 pupil who has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).The role is to start as soon as possible and is a long-term position until the end of the academic year. It is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, 8.30pm - 3pm.The successful Teaching Assistant will have a strong understanding of the pupils unique needs and challenges. You will be working under the direction of the class teacher, supporting the young persons in their academic learning as well as in developingtheir personal, social and communication skills.
