Job Description

We are currently looking for a Surveyor (Planned Maintenance & Compliance) to join our busy team!Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 Months)Salary: Salary £32,531 per annum/Plus Essential Car User AllowanceThe Role:As a Surveyor, you will support the Asset Manager in the delivery of first class Planned Maintenance & Compliance Services. Centred on enabling the Group to deliver first-class services to customers, with a clear focus on customers service, quality and valuefor moneySurveyor (Planned Maintenance & Compliance) Requirements:

  • Experienced in a similar Client Side Asset Management role for a housing association, not for profit or public-sector organisation, managing & delivering projects at site level
  • Proficient in writing specifications and preparing schedules of work
  • Knowledgeable in Health & Safety requirements associated with Planned maintenance and repairs and maintenance services.
  • Confident of managing Contractors both at contractual and site levels
  • Confident in using housing management and CRM systems as well as Microsoft Office software
  • Motivated with a strong commitment to customer service excellence who thrives as part of a team
