Job Description

The Firm:As a growing national law firm we are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced, Supervising Solicitor / Supervising Chartered Legal Executive to join our Liverpool office.With the full support of our management team you will work within a highly skilled and reputable team, you will support the family department. You will be responsible for a caseload of predominantly funded family work covering the full spectrum of Family Law matters including private children law, public children law and domestic abuse.You will supervise your own team of case workers providing exceptional client care and legal advice.This is a rewarding opportunity with a next generation firm who will support your long term career progression.About The Role

  • You will take ownership of your own branch office with the full support of our management team allowing you to focus on assisting your clients.
  • Working within a highly skilled and reputable team, you will support the family department. You will be responsible for a caseload of predominantly funded family work covering the full spectrum of Family Law matters including private children law, public children law and domestic abuse.
  • We already have a wealth of work for your branch meaning no initial need for you to build a client base.
  • You will supervise your own team of case workers providing exceptional client care and legal advice.

  • You will be able to demonstrate experience supervising a team.
  • Commercially aware, you strive to achieve department targets.
  • Ideally you will be a member of the Law Society’s Family or Children Law Accreditation Schemes or a Resolution Accredited Specialist. If you do not already hold one of these accreditations, but would be confident in achieving this, we would support your application.
  • A strong working knowledge of Legal Aid is essential.
