Student Finance OfficerFull Time (35 Hours per Week)£23,484The RoleThe City of Liverpool College is looking for a Student Finance Officer to join our team of Student Services professionals working closely with students in a supportive capacity whilst they are studying at the College. This team has a key role to play insupporting our diverse student cohort financially whilst they are attending College, by offering access to bursaries, free meals, a hardship fund and support for travel and childcare. The postholder will also be giving one to one support and guidance to studentsapplying for financial support via our digital platform (PayMyStudent) and further guidance on fees and student loans. This includes responsibility for processing and allocating financial support to students who are eligible.The successful candidate will have experience of working in an advisory or student support environment and experience and knowledge of student financial support processes and welfare benefits are desirable. You must have the ability to show an understandingof, and commitment to College policies and procedures, particularly equality diversity and inclusion.
