DescriptionWe are hiring for a Store Manager to oversee our standalone creative and retail space set within Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle. With an established team in place, you will work directly with the Assistant Store Manager andsupporting staff to create the best customer shopping experience possible. You will be able to develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and can be proactive in developingand delivering initiatives to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.The successful candidate will have experience dealing with ‘in-demand’ product launches ensuring our staff and customer’s safety is key priority. You will have an understanding or health & safety legislations and security standards, ensuring the store isfully compliant at all times with trading standards legislation.We invest in our training and development and this role will be no different. • Responsible for store targets and KPI’s set by Head Office
• Thorough understanding of managing profit protection figures, staffing costs and revenue targets
• Key communicator between Head Office functions and store deliverables
• Support the store team in efforts to maximise sales and heighten Company profile
• Ensure the store and back of house areas, is fully compliant at all times with trading standards legislation, health & safety legislation and security standards
• Ensure key business messages have been shared effectively with the team
• Oversee store involvement with any events and company initiatives. Assessing risks, staffing and further opportunities

About You:

• 2-3 years’ experience within a retail management role
• An understanding of SEVENSTORE’s brand mix and diverse demographic
• Proven experience with leading and developing a team
• Well organised and self-disciplined
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to self-manage and work autonomously
• Works exceptionally well within a team function whilst inspiring your workforce

• Efficient and highly organised with a customer focused attitude

• Strong verbal and written skills
