We are seeking to recruit Band 5 Speech and Language Therapists to our highly regarded acute and rehabilitation service. Our teams are lead by expert practitioner speech and language therapists who deliver specialist training both in house and externally. Do you want to develop your clinical skills as a rotational Speech and Language Therapist Our specialist teams cover acute medical and surgical wards, stroke services including acute and rehabilitation, critical care, complex rehabilitation and ENT. New Clinical competencies have been designed to develop successful candidates over two years to apply for a Band 6 post. As a team we provide complex case discussions within the team, joint working with peers and senior staff and the wider MDT. You will be supported to gain experience in FEES, Videofluoroscopy, critical care management, tracheostomy care, complex dysphagia and communication across both acute and rehabilitation settings. Staff are required to work flexibly.
