Job Description

We are recruiting permanent Spanish Sales & Customer Service Associates on behalf of our client Bosch Service Solutions.Do you want to influence the future of service & shape customer experience for some of the worlds leading brandsDo you have experience of working in fast paced Customer Service and Sales environments Do you want more job security and career opportunitiesAre you looking for the flexibility to work from home and work from a Grade A office suite in Liverpool city centreWhat you will be doing:

  • Understanding the customer requirements, and identifying sales opportunities, upselling customers for additional products and services, to meet or exceed your targets.
  • Dealing with customers through a mixture of inbound and outbound calls to ensure the customers on-boarding and customer care journey is as smooth as possible, resolving queries "Right First Time" in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
  • Providing a value add service that enhances the customer experience and builds the Bosch brand and service reputation
  • Building instant rapport with customers to gain a better understanding of their needs
  • Capture, maintain and ensure quality and safety of customer data
  • Identifying, highlighting and escalating any service related issues, incidents or trends
  • Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets
The role:Spanish Sales and Customer Service Associates - (Inbound and Outbound)There is real flexibility in hours of work/shift patterns - there is a small requirement for limited On Call Working over weekends on a rota basis (1 in 12)Operational Hours: Mon to Fri 0800 - 2000 and weekends 0800-1630Potential overtime opportunitiesSalary and Benefits:Salary: £21,486 per annum plus bonusFlexible working options, hybrid home/office location (city centre).Market leading salary and benefits package includes:

  • You will have some previous experience of working in a fast paced, high performance culture, including some sales experience
  • Previous experience of working within sales/revenue generation targeted campaigns, ideally within a contact centre environment
  • You will have an energetic, inquisitive, can- do-attitude
  • Able to show resilience with a strong work ethic and the tenacity, drive and determination to achieve and succeed targets
  • A naturally proactive, confident and self-motivated individual
  • You will possess excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A real passion for delivering first class customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • IT Savvy with good MS Office and keyboard skills
