Job Description

Solar PV RooferSalary and Package on offer: - Employed Position - £30k-£35k Base Salary + Van/Fuel + Pension + Holiday + Overtime + Benefits.Location: - youll be responsible for covering the Liverpool region and North West of England. Therefore you will need to live in the North West.Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently have an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Roofer to join an established client of ours who specialise within the Renewable Energy market and technologies such as Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps and BatteryStorage solutions.Job Role:

  • Responsible for the the roofing installation of Solar PV systems to domestic, residential properties and some commercial properties.
  • Installing DC cabling and trunking to the required layout.
  • Working as a team and assisting the qualified electrician.
  • Youll need to be ok with some travel, ideally youll be prepared to work Nationally at times.
Key Skills Required:
  • Proven background as a qualified and experienced roofer.
  • Ideally youll hold relevant City and Guilds, or NVQ certificates.
  • Ideally youll also have previous experience installing Solar PV systems and to domestic houses (however training can be provided for the right person).
  • Experience with slate, plain and pan tiles.
