A Software Engineer vacancy has arisen for a leading international full-service law firm based in its Liverpool City Centre office. You will be working within the IT Services Team, reporting to the Business Systems Manager and providing technical 3rd linesupport and ongoing refinement and development for the firms key systems. This will include elements of integration, reporting and workflow/BPM.The role will be part of a growing business systems function supporting line of business applications, creating data integrations and assisting in project work to implement, configure and customise new and existing systems.The firm is offering a competitive salary banding plus fantastic benefits package.35-hour weekMonday to Friday.The RoleThis important role within the Business Systems Team will be a technical specialist for the firms continuous improvement and support of IntApp (Open, Flow, Time & Integrate). This suite of products and associated integrated solutions and workflows are keyto improving the efficiency and effectiveness of managing the firms new business intake, conflicts and business optimisation processes. They consist of development and customisation of management systems, web applications & reporting software.Day to day duties will involve developing, integrating, releasing, testing and implementing software solutions while ensuring they are user-friendly, reliable and importantly meet the requirements of the firm. Key to this initiative is breaking down user storiesinto technical implementation tasks, optimising the process by understanding the benefits that the system can provide and always keeping in mind the UX of the final product.You will also be a lead technical expert for integration services, so the ability to demonstrate experience working with REST APIs/SOAP/sFTP, ideally utilising IntApp integrate for executing these calls is crucial. We will be looking to provide greater automationto the business to provide efficiency gains across multiple touch points, and the role will be a technical advisor/implementer.Experience Required
