Job Description

Site Engineer Location:Liverpool Street, LondonRate: £300 - £360 per day Inside IR35 (CIS)Duration:6 months plusMy client is looking for a Site Engineer with a PTS to come on board and join their team based in the London area.SITE ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate site setting out activities to satisfy standards of contract programme requirements
  • Ensuring company procedures are thoroughly adopted throughout the setting out process, and acting as the point of communication between head office and site staff
  • Effective planning to ensure that most effective use of resource, methods and controls are engaged
  • Read site plans and facility drawings ensuring all work is set out and completed in compliance with the approved design drawings
  • Oversee quality control, ensuring all work is carried out to highest industry standards, govern the production of ITPs and WPPs.
SITE ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Hold a valid PTS (a must !)
  • Previous experience working on Rail projects involving civil works
  • CSCS Card
  • Confident at setting out on site and producing QA reports, completing engineering documentation
  • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or equal qualification (ideal)
