Job Description

The Company:

The Role:
  • Predominantly office based with some requirement to travel to the port to board the vessels when required
  • Making necessary arrangements in order to ensure vessels both berth and sail on schedule
  • Arranging transport, accommodation and the transport of ship supplies for the crew
  • Forming strong working relationships with terminal operators and port authorities
  • Arranging inspections and cargo repacking
  • Checking invoices for payment
The ideal candidate:
  • Ships husbandry or port operations experience is preferred but not essential
  • Candidate must have some experience of shipping/logistics
  • Able to work under pressure and be flexible where required
  • Knowledge of CNS & Destin8 is advantageous
