Job Description

Service Desk Analyst, £150 per dayLiverpool, 6 month contractBench IT are recruiting on behalf of their customer who are a global organisation based in Liverpool. The successful candidate should be motivated and have excellent communication skills to fulfil the technical responsibilities below.

  • First Line level IT support experience
  • Knowledge of the operational and support aspects of computer systems, hardware, software and peripheral equipment including but not limited to: Active Directory, O365 application suite, Windows 10, SCCM, Azure, SharePoint, Mimecast, Cloud Computing, Sophos
  • Proven Experience of Incident Management Systems (ServiceNow desirable)
  • Customer service experience
  • Workflow Co-ordination experience
  • Experience of working within a pressurised fast paced environment desired but not essential
