Senior Venue Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Liverpool, L3 4FP.Salary: Competitive.Contract: Full time, permanent.The ACC Liverpool Group operates the citys waterfront event campus - the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool,we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services.We are looking to recruit a Senior Venue Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team working in the Venue Logistics Team.In this role you would be responsible for coordinating and supervising the setting-up and de-rigging all Arena, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool events. The role requires a proactive approach to deliver timely changeovers in order to facilitatethe smooth running of various types of events within ACC Liverpool.A proactive and organised approach, along with a passion for excellent customer service is key in this role to ensure client needs are met and the overall customer experience is second to none.The ideal candidate will have proven supervisor experience and experience of working in a similar team within a multi-purpose fast paced venue, health and safety knowledge and hold a current Manual Handling qualification.In addition to the above, experience of Fork Lifts, Mewps, Pallet trucks; staging such as SICO, Nivoflex and Steel Deck; the Sandler arena seating system; floor mark outs and drape changes, would be advantageous in this post.To be successful in this role you will need to have proactive leadership skills, be enthusiastic, like minded and complement our experienced and talented team.
